leave it in perf. auto from what I've heard, supposed to be the way to go

It is definately the way to go.

Let the gearbox do the work and your times will come down.

Sounds like next Wednesday is going to be a good one ... I might turn up for a look as I dont think that my car will be ready.

Or ... I will find something to take out for a run! Anyone need a driver?

I can drive real slow and am easy on the car! ... plenty of runs, not many breakages! I can provide references upon request! (Can't blame me for trying!)

Hey I was out there, but didn't run as I had too much to do, and that kept me from getting my car from the service guys, had them fix the coil packs and change fuel filter while it was there - big improvement!

Anyway, it was a pretty quiet night, not many people, there was a disgraceful effort on behalf of a Bionic BA MK2 XR6T sedan - I think 14.7 was his best, and then he just went 15.3 for the rest of the night, I was kinda embarresed, he even had what looked like a cannon exhaust on the back!

The Matouk Boys had their manual VL running a 9.7! the thing is nuts :spoton:

A nice Torana run a 9.1 I think, nut-bag

Again, not many cars, hopefully next week will be better, I'll be racing next week too, hope to see you guys there!

That's an embarrassment for the rest of us. He might be excused for the bad time, maybe the car isn't running properly but having a cannon on the back ..... that's beyond me.
