just make sure you get new studs and nuts from ford (or where ever), dont reuse your old ones are you find the nuts are very soft.

I just had a look on my Workshop CD.

I found this:

Note: There is no gasket between the exhaust manifold and the turbocharger.

I can understand Ford not putting one in there so that it wont fail when the bolts come loose, saving them the work of changing it all they have to do is retighten the nuts.
