I agree with XRTPSI, don't waste your money, go for the turbo straight up.

RAS Member 23 Member For: 17y 4m 14d Posted 17/10/07 10:43 PM Share Posted 17/10/07 10:43 PM (edited) yeah you can get an NA ute for around 13G's but after converting it to a turbo its gonna be way above 20G's that you've spent on it. Not to mention that when you go to sell it, you'll never get the same value as you would if you'd bought a turbo to begin with. BUt that's just my two cents. Who knows, maybe someone on these forums has done this kinda conversion before and can tell you what to expect. All I can say is looking at the CAPA website, to convert from NA to turbo is something like $6000 just for the kits, let alone installation anhd everything else you have to buy. Factor that into your 13,000 for the NA ute and you've paid more than what you could buy a turbo for. Another good source of advice would be to ask a tuner, just call them up and tell em what you're thinking about doing and they can advise you on the best path to take. good luck mate.
