I still love the clause nissan has in place whereby if the original purchaser of the vehicle sells said vehicle within one year of purchase, the vehicles warranty is voided! Genius!

WTF are you serious??? Ive had two brand spanking new nissans (4.8 Patrol and 350z) that I both sold before owning for 12 months - 2+ years of NCW remaining was always a big seller to the buyers too !!!!!!! that's farked

Nissan has be rumoured to try this in the USA ONLY. This is to stop the speculators from buying them and putting them up on eBay for twice the cost.

I spoke to my dealer and he said that in the USA they will be cancelling the service plan not the warranty.

In Australia, we will have to wait and see as this was not mentioned on my contract.

I think it is a great idea, but there would have to be a clause for mitigating circumstances, ie default on payments, family tradgedy, etc...

Be pretty hard to police though I guess....

By the way, although cool ZAP, your sig is way too big! it makes the window stretch!
