If I then sell it, for say $100,000.00 a year later, I have to pay another $10,000 in GST. This is ontop of the luxury tax, that has no claim back nor does the $3,000 in stamp duty for the rego.It really annoys me that I will be paying over $50,000 in tax to buy this car and only being abole to claimback $5,740.00I hope whichever government wins the election, changes the LCT threshhold to about $200,000, that would save me over $40,000.TAX SUCKS ATO Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
