I will make it up there for lunch, possibly with one other.

Just me now.

My mates got a WRX and the kw numbers would possibly convert him.

He's running scared when I told him what some of the cars are capable of, especially Brians 600kw+ beast.

Thanks to everyone that turned up, it was a fun easy going day with plenty of food and drinks.

Some interesting results on the cars that ran up on the dyno. No major surprises with the dyno figures compared to other roller dynos.

I am not going to post any results but if anyone wants to disclose their figures then go right ahead.

So who is in for the drags at WSID tomorrow night?

I gained 16 rwkw (well kinda rw) on the Tunehouse Dyno... but I guess that's bound to happen when you hit 20psi of boost... as apposed to the 16 I normaly have

I wasnt paying much attention to the cars that were running but did any of the TuneHouse cars run?

A very enjoyable day was held today at Tunehouse.

Thanks to Jim and the Tunehouse team for closing their workshop for the entire day to cater for this event. Jim is always proud to show off his dyno room to anyone who is interested in learning more about the advanced facilities and the way Jim goes about tuning to get the best possible results.

Thanks also to John (jp300) for organizing the days events.

Around 10 cars were run on the dyno, the winner being F6BF for a respectable 430rwkw, tuned by Tunehouse (well done Jim)

An enjoyable bbq lunch was also provided by Tunehouse.

A big thanks to Brad (and daughter Page) from Atomic for bringing along a collection of his products, and giving us a brief overview of his product development over the last 3 years. Personally I was pleased to see that he has a heavy duty harmonic balancer, to replace mine that is destroyed.

It was pleasing to meet Mauz and gf Jodie, who have traveled from Melbourne to join us today and for the drag meet tomorrow night at wsid. Mauz currently has the quickest F6 in the country.

Thanks to all who came along. I trust all had a good time, and it was surely better than being at work!

I look forward to seeing people out at wsid tomorrow night.

We should also thank Jim (BFF6) and Fred for taking on the BBQ duties and they did a great job.

See you at WSID ... Gates open at about 5pm, cars are scrouteneered, then racing starts at about 6pm (I think?). It runs until about 10pm.

Should be fun.

Brian's monster F6 did not run. The harmonic balancer sort of fell apart and the replacement unit did not fit his custom crank. He did not run his auto.

BFF6 ran up 430 rwkw using Shell 100 in his auto early in the morning.

My car ran 376 rwkw late afternoon using Shell 100 (yipee! I got it on the dyno) So I am not down on power? It ran up 375 when it was tuned in August last year and ran the 10.8s pass! MPH at WSID should hopefully be back up to the 124 mark.

There were a few other Tunehouse cars that turned up but did not run up on the dyno.

So how many cars are coming out tonight?

I'm contemplating having a half day so I can give the car a clean after the drive back from QLD in all that rain and putting the standard springs back in so I don't blow another CV.

So far we have confirmed the following:

BFF6

BCL (auto car)

JP300

Itec

I heard that some of the C&V boys might turn up tonight.

If we get 10 cars then we will try and book a dedicated lane.

If you are coming then put your name on the list.
