Just had a phone call. Car has been fully detailed, and a full tank of fuel also. The fact that the service manager is going out of his way to more than compensate you for what happens obviously means that not only do they not condone the abuse of customer's vehicles, but also that they are concerned about their reputation.I would have no hesitation in using your dealer.
