Where ever you end up taking it to don't drive there with that tune, it's the worst I've seen.

at one stage my car was running 280rwkws not very smooth though, but slowly the cars performance degraded when tuned after adding mods?it has just beens a frustrating experiance.I have respect for the tuner involved but I think I might try another path at this stage.

Simmo,

Are you still running standard injectors?

Simmo mate before you go any further flash the car back too standard and see what happens drive the car for a couple of days see if there is a change, seems too me by looking @ your graph possibility you might have the wrong processor code installed, that will give driveability issues, maybe should talk too your tuner and make these suggestions and get him too flash the car too factory and do a strategy read and rewrite a new tune for you.

Ford updated processor code A3HD can play havoc with torque control when editing a car and it can cause the throttle to close abruptly which would give the dips like your car is showing on a dyno run, although it can be got around, it may be easier to use an earlier processor code
