its actually pretty cheap too, we just got the correct pricing at work today, they are $70,577.99 exactly on the road! They've actually extended the rev limit on the engine as well, because it makes all its power over 3500, the response is better and makes the 302kw@6000rpm! also upped the torque slightly to 540Nm, they did all this with new cam profiles, remap of the computer, new valves and valve springs, the perky engine matched with the R-Spec suspension should make it nice and fun around a track (for a barge arse that is)

Pat

Edit: spelling

I have heard inside the camp that the power increase and the fact that it will rev higher and longer and harder is due to the fact the motor is a "CLEVELAND" and not a BOSS....

Just a rumour but you heard it here first.........

Thanks for the comments guys! I really appreciate it! (sorry to hi-jack the thread 72!) I take alot of pride in knowing my product, besides, FPV give us all the info, its just whether or not the other sales guys can be bothered to read it!

As far as the rev-limit I don't have an exact number, but I wouldn't be surprised if its only a few hundred rpm higher than standard - maybe 6500rpm?

The rumour above about a clevo engine is a bit silly, its just a re-worked boss motor, the way it shoud've been in the first place, but what else is new with ford engines!

Dont think so mate its the other way round that's why they are still building Windsor's today and I know of a certain blk GT that revs to 7200rpm quite easily :stupid:

Couldnt put Clevo's in them anyhow, the BF's couldnt handle that much power..... :stupid: I know of a certain Cleveland powered Falcon making 640kw quite easily :w00t2:
