Hi I have a 03 auto BA XR6t which has done 65,000 kms. So far I have had the car custom tuned(capa), cai, and k&n filter done. So far I have got 245kw at wheels. for my next mod I need to know which is more important as I have limited budget.

do

a: injectors, valve springs and fuel pump

or

b:full exhaust with 4"dump pipe and high flow cat.

I wish I could do all of this but I cant. also would a wog cooler be ok to do with out these mods.

thanks

Injectors, springs and pump.

With out these the full exhaust is pointless

Do option a.

Exhaust really isn't to big a restriction at the boost level you have so the gain from it wont be as much as adding injectors and valve springs. Plus driving the car with injectors and valve springs done is like having a second set of legs at 4500rpm. :roflmbo:

thanks so option a it is. will my gearbox hold up? we shall see

All depends on who does your tune and how they manipulate the shift patterns of your auto, that will determine how long it will last.

the people I use to do my mods are a site sponsor and so far they have been great. what I am looking for is close to 300kw at the wheels.

by the way how much should it cost for option a with the wog cooler. the tuner uses cobra valve springs, nizpro injectors , not sure about the fuel pump though.

You will go close, 280kw-290kw.

A intercooler and a hi flow cat will definitely get you over.

The wog cooler should be about $450, easy to fit it your self.
