oblong (long shot, I know but it's the latin translation!)

(parsley??? :spoton: if for one person, beat two eggs with roughly 1/3 cup of milk, beat until all the wee little chunks is out. heat the pan up, not too hot, just a medium hit in a shallow pan, run some oil over then pan then pour egg-mix straight in {pop your toast in at this stage, and light butter all to your preference}, once the eggs' edges start to harden, run a wooden flat edge flippy tool thing through it, edges to center until it's just getting sticky. crack some fresh black pepper over it, and a pinch of salt to taste. let this mix cook until just cooked, but still creamy. sprinkle some dill over the mix just before turning the heat off. scrape the eggs onto your toast, and enjoy!! :fireworks: PS: you may thank me later!! Also very good for a hangover!)
