Got a price $1700 genuine bumper, $3700 for the phoon bumper.....

Guess which one I got..

The bumper looks great mate.. I might go that way myself when this is getting a little dinged..

OK, so ive just picked the bar up from paint. Im going to paint the inside of the bar matt black so you cant see it. Gotta decide on which driving lights to use. Ive got the AWC supplied ones and FPV ones.... Gotta fit the new intercooler and UBP also. So maybe this weekend ill get it all on....?

As for the mouth/light covers colour. I used Bare Steel which is what PPG supply FPV. But it was still to light... So added some black till I got somthing that was close. I think it could of gone a bit darker. But I think it looks ok.

Looks goods mate, good paint job. Did you say you were going with the FPV mesh?

Nah, just the usual black powdercoated AWC supplied stuff.

Looks awesome mate. The fibresports/awc kits are so well made... I bet you'll do exactly what I did, get it on and then regret not getting the skirts and rear bar while you were at it.

I used the fpv foglights, but found that they sat a little bit to low in the bar. (you can see the black edge along the top on the photo) Could probably fix it with a dremel by removing a bit of the fibreglass bracket. And I use that sicaflex(?) sh*t to glue on the foglight covers because they were way to flimsy. Im f*cked if I ever smash a foggy though because they arent ever coming off!!

And be aware that fibreglass is much softer than plastic, keep your distance from trucks on the highway and avoid unsealed roads. Mine was brilliant when I got it but stone chips have f*cked it when you look close. And another note, make sure you bolt the inner gaurds on well, mine came loose on a very long trip and rubbed away on the tire. Had to buy a new one.
