I have a vibration coming through the cabin from the box which sounds like the bearings are stuffed. I've been told it may be the input shaft bearing by someone who races in the Carrera Cup (so he is a pro) but when FORD reps took a look at it twice they said this is the normal sound of the box...it is just a noisy box. It just comes through the cabin. It's pretty bad and once your ear tunes into it it pisses me off everytime I drive it. Does anyone else have the same problem??I'd appreciate some advice. Mine's a 6 speed Man BA/MKII and has the shunt. My mates hasn't got it and it's the 6 speed too. What causes the shunt? Is there any fix? I never know what to believe with these people. You guys are better than they are cause you have "unbiased" comments.
