What you have and what you plan to do will be everthing you need to make this sort of power.A actuator and ported waste gate would be wise though. And im guessing you have a xforce cat aswell? And while the turbos off I would strongly recommend getting the waste gate ported and a bigger flapper.You can buy exchange housings to speed up the process.This will give you a flatter boost curve and alot more control which is what you need when all is done.
