Hey all I was at my local autobling shop the other day and got talkin about my xr6t, the toss behind the counter tells me" the turbo's ford built for xr6t are crap, the cartridge in them can't handle boost if you want power out of a xr6t you need to change the turbo straight up" now im new to all this turbo stuff as of september last year, and I am not takin his word, so can someone give me some advice on safe power for turbo and internals?........................................

p.s. I think he drives a 92 civic with one of everything for under $20 from supercheap

Mate these cars are bulit tough you wont need to touch internals unless your after more then 330rwkw.

The best thing you could do is get your hands on a flash tuner, cooler, hi flow cat and filter and you'd be laughing power wise
