Lately I have noticed a rattle under the car when idling. Its louder when the ac is on. I went under and noticed its rattling right behind the cat where that metal protection is. Is this a common issue or did I maybe stuff it up when I scraped on something. Ute is lowed. Whats the best way to get rid of the rattle? Thanks for your time.Russ Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/38350-zorts-rattle/ Share on other sites

Had Ford look at it at my last service, said they couldn't find anything, so I've grown to live with it. It is also quite low. I attempted to remove the heat shild in an attempt of having it in case I wanted to replace it later. This lasted about 10 minuted before I went down the road and bought a pair of tin snips and went to town on the stupid thing. I hope I dont have to put it back on one day cause its in the bin now.But the rattle is gone.Brendan Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/38350-zorts-rattle/#findComment-576053 Share on other sites
