RAS Member 23 Member For: 17y 3m 11d Posted 19/09/07 09:53 AM Share Posted 19/09/07 09:53 AM got it from the auction at belmore. theres 2 there, Pickles and the motor auction group, both within 1km of each other. Check out their websites to see what cars they have on offer at their auctions. Also I think theres another group called IMA (the independant motor auction group), just google them and you'll find their website. Some auctioneers give you a blueslip with the car and others don't, depends where you go. either way you should be able to get a pretty good deal at auction.Mind you there was an immaculate 03 xr6 turbo that was for sale on carsales a few weeks back and that went for $18,900. I called the guy to buy it but it had already been sold within 2 hours of me having inspected it. Point is there are good bargains out there but sometimes you gotta be quick to get them. Either way, auction or private seller, its cheaper than getting it fomr a dealer but it is riskier of course as it comes with no warranty. Good luck fellas.
