I do love Little Creatures Pale Ale but have found it can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes its super cala freakin awesome, other times can be pretty average, at least by the time it makes it here to Brissy. Bright Ale seems more consistent and is probably easier to drink for longer sessions.

I'm +1 for (well brewed) home brew, not that mine is fantastic. I think it still has a pretty dodgy reputation going back to the rocket fuel days with the kit and kilo of sugar, but it's come a long way. Especially all-grain brewing with decent yeast etc. Not hard to brew your own that tastes better than the typical commercial beers, plus no hangover!!

Already stalked your whereabouts and you’ll be on holidays next time I’m in Sydney :idunno:

Will just have to knock the top off a coldie with the duck

Beez Neez > all other beers.

I used to do a home brew back in the uni days, when I actually had spare time.

My favourite bit was when I first read how much sugar you're supposed to put in each bottle as you bottle it and after advising the correct amount, it cautioned "putting too much sugar in can lead to exploding bottles". Sounds like a dare if you ask me! Shades of the Beer Baron...
