Sometimes its super cala freakin awesome, other times can be pretty average, at least by the time it makes it here to Brissy. Bright Ale seems more consistent and is probably easier to drink for longer sessions.I'm +1 for (well brewed) home brew, not that mine is fantastic. I think it still has a pretty dodgy reputation going back to the rocket fuel days with the kit and kilo of sugar, but it's come a long way. Especially all-grain brewing with decent yeast etc. Not hard to brew your own that tastes better than the typical commercial beers, plus no hangover!!
