Fueling: pw surge tank with single 044, stock intank pump.
Exhaust: Venom hi-flow cat, stock FG exhaust and dump
Power: 310rw killer wasps.

Turbo:  GT3540 with billet comp wheel, ported housing & 12psi actuator

Exhaust: Xforce 4" dump into twin 2.5"

Fule: Caltex 98 / United e85

Fuel setup: Walbro 460 intank with PTFE pump lines, no surge, Bosch 1000cc injectors

Tuning: CMS (Xcal2)

Car: BF MK1 XR6 Turbo (late build with stronger engine)

Trans: stage 2 6 speed auto with billet input shaft

Power: 360rwkw

Boost: 15 psi

Induction: plazmaman turboside intake

Intercooler: plaz 1000hp with full piping, nizpro overboost valve

Turbo: flapper modded (got to fit it)

Valve Springs: crow springs iirc

Exhaust: XForce 4" dump, 3.5" system not sure what cat

Fuel system: not sure what fuel pump, tuned on 98.

tuning: sct xcal at XFT.

 

only plans would be to relocate battery and get a different turboside intake. exhaust is really nice, it doesnt seem to drone or anything annoying!

Injectors: Dekas 80lb

Induction: Lower F6 intake. K&N Filter

Intercooler: Stock

Turbo: Stock

Valve Springs: Crow 95lb springs

Exhaust: Stock

Fuel System: Walbro 255 intank

Tuning: SCT xcal4 Willall Tune

 

In a couple of weeks. 

New ID 1000cc injectors and 8 psi Garrett actuator with a bolt on Venom

5 inch high flow cat plus custom tuned by JD Tuning.

Just an add on to the post on the 25th of July....

New ID 1000's threw out the deka's

New tuner JD TUNING, threw out the old tuner Willall. 

HPTuner threw out the old Xcal4

Complete scratch start again with a Jet custom tune.

New 8 psi Garrett actuator

New Venom high flow cat section.

New genuine ford coils.

Results: 282 rwkw's/ 829 nm of torque,

and a very well behaved street car with decent whack of power off the bottom right through the rev range.

Intercooler: Plazmaman 700HP Black intercooler

Turbo:  GTX3582R supercore, ported housingm hi flow wastegate & 12psi actuator

Valve Springs: Stock

Exhaust: Xforce 4" dump into twin 2.5"

Fule: BP Ultimate 98 

Fuel setup: Plazmaman Billet Surge Tank, Twin Bosch 044

Tuning: SCT xcal4 by ESP Racing

 

Still trying to get used to the power but looking at valve springs and a E85 tune in future. Next upgrade will be to the standard brakes though

To get the most out of this set up Valve springs where needed.
