I have been told there dyno generally reads lower then others. He basically said the catback is restricting it. I thought I should be cracking 300 easy with these mods

I made 300 with 4 inch dump 4 inch cat and std F6 exhaust.

Yeah they fitted a venom 3.5" dump and a 100cpi cat joining to the original exhaust

Maybe its worth jumping on another dyno.

The power feels great im just worried im running to much boost for too little power

Have you ran it down a track at all?

MPH would give a better indication if the dyno is reading wrong

edit: If it was something like valve springs holding it back would they have dialed back the boost?

No not yet, keen to get it there though.

Ive got new atomik heavy duty valve springs recently fitted. I have spent about 10k in the last month on it.

Yeah it was just on dyno 2 days ago.

Im concerned as changing the exhaust wont make the difference im chasing the only other stuff to do is crossover pipe and intake plenum plus a surge tank. That will be down the track but I shouldnt be having to go that far for just 300 surely

plenum and surge isnt going to add major power. Plenum is good for torque and surge is good to maintain fuel pressure.

If cash is tight, just throw on a redback twin 2.5 cat back, that will be good for high 300s , and sort the exhaust out.
