Can you give me a picture of what the flange area looks like on the bottom half of the manifold looking into it from flange to top half.

Just want to see differance to std with butterfly and turbo non butterfly.

Cheers

Paul

Wow, lots of interest! Thanks guys, I'm doing pistons, rods and valve springs, actuator and brakes (as you can see) I've already got a PWR intercooler, which I am half cranky about, cos now I have to get a new crossover section made up (hint hint) to get max power out of it.

The engine bores, pistons and rods were actually in really good nick (pistons and rods are for sale by the way :spoton: ) - sorry no photos of the bores before I sent it to get cleaned up! They has no marks on them though and the bearings were ok, piston rings were fine, all this after probably 10 months running a generic CAPA 8psi tune!

I get the block, crank and head back tomorrow, and I'll start putting it all back together thursday/friday/saturday and take a nice long run-in drive to canberra!

I'm a bit dissapointed with Xtreme Clutch as I put one in with their flywheel while running standard power and it crapped itself after about 500k's they are replacing it and I should have it back on friday, if not

I'll keep you all updated!

Ahh, you mean intake manifold, I'll try and remember to do that, but I haven't taken the intake manifold apart, I just pulled the whole thing off the head in one piece!
