Excess boost did pop the rubber chair leg stoppers off the intake manifold but a couple of hose clamps soon fixed that! Once I get my new intake pipes I will be reverting to a good quality aftermarket BOV. I wouldn't be running a stack of boost and no BOV...
bertis Member 30 Member For: 15y 3m 8d Posted 07/12/09 03:08 AM Share Posted 07/12/09 03:08 AM are their any special pipes made to help these turbos with the flutter??? I dont hear any flutter yet they should be awesome at it.... maybe more work needs to go into the size and length of the intake piping... my eb turbo has best dose known to man and its mainly because the intake pipe is only 6 inches long. bertis Member 30 Member For: 15y 3m 8d Posted 09/12/09 12:55 AM Share Posted 09/12/09 12:55 AM is it running standard turbo and setup??? that's interesting. I guess it woudl slow a manual down a lot but not so much an auto .... gotta build up all the boost again :(
