I know its been covered a million times, but for the life of me, I can't grasp how removing the blow off valve isn't bad for the turbo!

I agree..

not having the bov would have to slow down the turbo.

dont go there... is your car manual? try it out if it is and then see if the turbo slows down on fast gear changes.....

Can you get me one and will it fit the XR6T?

Wow!

how many do you want and yes it will fit in a XR6T ????????

anything over 15 psi id be looking at running a BOV unless you want to destroy your hairdryer.

the article that Nispro wrote is a very good one :stirthepot:

I'm running the standard intake piping with an "exposed" K&N filter and the standard BOV removed and it gets a nice rattlesnake sound when backing off.

Excess boost did pop the rubber chair leg stoppers off the intake manifold but a couple of hose clamps soon fixed that!

Once I get my new intake pipes I will be reverting to a good quality aftermarket BOV. I wouldn't be running a stack of boost and no BOV...

are their any special pipes made to help these turbos with the flutter??? I dont hear any flutter yet they should be awesome at it.... maybe more work needs to go into the size and length of the intake piping... my eb turbo has best dose known to man and its mainly because the intake pipe is only 6 inches long.
