City Ford - Lack Of Service

I used to work at alto artarmon, can't say a bad word about the boys there, they worked on my rides while I worked there. That was the ford side though, wouldn't trust the Audi guys as far as I can spit, an rs6 came in with customer complaining of a rattly dash, service advisor told apprentice mechanic to stuff rags behind the dash till rattle stops and put it on work order as "insulate dash".... for a car worth that amount to have half a 6 buck bag of rags from Bunnings shoved up behind the dash is appalling.

For a couple of weeks then it came back, the other half of the bag of rags was shoved up there and it stopped.
