What kind of safe power are guys getting out of xr6 turbo mkII motors.

To date I have catback, intercooler, gapped plugs, F6 intake and BMC filter.

It been flash to 277rwkw however found that it was pinging today.

Back to herrod next thursday. And back to lower tune.

I'm thinking bad fuel cause it wasn't a hot day. Too much timing.....?

Any thoughts?

I would say 277 is right on the ragged edge for the standard injectors.

A cold day or bad fuel will push you over the edge.

What is safe for the MKII motors depends on the tune.
