I turned the boost right down so it now peaks just under 17psi and settles to 14. On some cold nights it will peak to 18/19 and stutter and miss, so I turn it boost down a little more. Tuner has said it's not the boost cut or the fuel system. I believed both these were possible reasons...If they think its ecu then its about time we replaced it and see what happens.
