From USB, cigarette lighter, internal battery or external battery. Has a 240V charger aswell.I just charge the internal battery and put in in the cup holder or under the ICC. I have a mini 120g HD which Iam thinking to use as can lstore media on it due to the small 4-8 gig hard drive.This notebook is suppose to be very well designed to carry around obsorbing bumps and knocks.On special at JB Hi-Fi for $460 ish.I take it I will require all parts you have used on your setup to make this function.If anyone is competent in hooking up one on the South East QId please PM me.CheersPaulWhat do you think of going this way. Whats the right word for it... "Underpowered" ?These are the Specs: 7" Display2-8GB HDD8-900 MHz ProcessorUsually 512mb RAMI would rather fork out the extra few hunred for a Mac Mini. The CarNetix CNX-P2140 has two outputs which can be set at different voltages.One is at 18.5v for the Mac Mini and the other is at 5v for the video converter. Lifetime Members 10,282 Member For: 21y 9m 15d Gender: Male Location: Victoria Posted 08/03/08 03:31 AM Author Share Posted 08/03/08 03:31 AM While my car computer has been out waiting arrival of my BF I've been able to modify the Centrafuse display slightly to make it look more factory...I've also removed the warnings and limitations within Centrafuse. This now allows SatNav directions to be entered on the move and videos/dvds to be shown at full screen while on the move.
