Whats the steps to turn it back on again (just incase you want to)

I believe you just do the same procedure again to reactivate it.

Fill it up before it gets to 80Km to go...

I dont think you can, but you might be able to do it using the Edit.

why would you actually purposely want to drive without your belt on?

I'm not even going to bother with this any more

Taxi drivers are reknown for not wearing there seatbelts and completely exempt here in NSW.

and Australia post workers.

I don't think you can permmanently turn it off, it is a safety feature after all! For an easier way of turning the thing off, put your seatbelt in, leave it there for around 3-5 seconds, then pull it out, it takes some practice, but once you've got it its alot easier than sticking your right arm out the left window, patting yourh head and rubbing your stomach while pushing the hazards button! :bangcomputer:
