I'm about to get my car back (FPV Force 6) from KPM Auto on Wednesday and thought I might post what I've upgraded on the car and the plans for the future.

KPM Stage 2 Upgrade Standard

44lbs Injectors

Performance Air Filter

CAPA Flash Box

KPM Ford Custom Tune

--- Output - 271 rwkw

I'm getting installed the following at the moment.

Full Intake Plazmaman 12k Kit

Cobalt Gauges

Race Bypass Valve

Not sure on how many KW this will give me, however I'm thinking about 320rwkw at the max as the engine wont be able to cope with much more.

-- Next stage(s) --

Upgrade Engine (600 Performance Engine)

New Exhast System (4', maybe 4.5' System)

Upgrade Garret Turbo

Gearbox rebuild

Driveline rebuild

I'll post some pics and dyno graphs as we go along... If anyone has any suggestions let me know

Welcome to the Addiction!

For the Mods your doing 320rwkw will be very conservative. Regarding the next stage, the engine can cope passed 350+rwkw though it is advisable to built the motor paased the 380rwkw mark.

A 4 inch dump and single 4" zorst will do fine, upgrading the turbo it wil be interesting to see what path you choose, Not many options re the gearbox at this stage unless you put in an aftermarket box.

Check this link http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=33472

As an example of how tough these cars are.

Good look with the future mods.
