I would say bullsh!t.

When I younger I got hit by a ricochet slug gun pellet.

Brother shot a tree hit that bounced and hit me in mouth.

I can say I had to go into surgery to remove it from my mouth.

So if that's from a low powered gun a .50 cal kinda would be worse.

What do you think..

Another reason is it's impossible for a bullet to do a 180. With that much velocity it can not change the energy to the opposite. If that makes sense.

I shot a .223 rifle into a steel plate reinforced box that we used as a backstop in our pistol range and the bullets jacket peeled itself of the lead and ricochet back into my leg. The box was only 20 metres and the force of that felt like someone smashing my leg with a sledge hammer.

I dare say that the bullet did hit him as I have seen this kind of thing happen a lot with pistol bullets.

By the looks of the video it hits his ear muffs and maybe scrapes his face.

1 second you say a slug gun pellet did a 180 and hit you in the mouth and then it is impossible for a bullet to do a 180.

So which one is it???

I have no reason to believe this is a fake.

Like someone said it probably deflected off a rock or something and came back in a high arc and once it hit the ground alot of the force had been taken out of it and then it cracked the guy in the head.

Any which way something hit the ground infront of him and then hit his head.

Pretty funny to hear it coming though.

You could hear it bounce off the iron they talked about shooting at.

If the bullet travelled in a high are in wouldn't of bounced off the ground like that. It's not a tennis ball.

If it is real it's a 1 in a billion chance of it happening IMO.
