The rims I wanted to buy are off ebay. They are replica Typhoon wheels. Does anyone know of any issues with these wheels? I have included a pic.ThanksPaul Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/37087-19-x-8-for-a-ba-xr6t/ Share on other sites
Guest Guests Posted 31/07/07 06:42 AM Share Posted 31/07/07 06:42 AM No problems with 19x8's mate.I had 19x8 ROH rims on mine with 245/35R20 Hankooks all round and no dramas. I now run 20x8's with 225 fronts and 255 rears, again no problems .Good luck with the new wheels Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/37087-19-x-8-for-a-ba-xr6t/#findComment-559870 Share on other sites

If you want to go wider than 245 on the rear as well as lowering you might have to get the guards rolled although I cant give you a definite answer on this. I had 245's on the rear with SL fronts and SSL rears and it never scrubbed. I've got the same suspension now with my 20's and 255's and still no scrubbing although it's very close. A lot of aftermarket wheels won't clear Brembo or other similar brakes. Try before you buy if you can.
