I run exactly that daily.

You get the induction noise, and depending on your foot control, you can flutter it or sshh it when changing gears :outahere:

At least until Alex makes me an adjustable factory replacement BOV with a trumpet lol

I love the induction noise!

I was driving through the graham farmer tunnel the other day,

building up to max boost and psshhhhhhhh TUTUTUTUTU I let rip next to some

poor sucker in a sedan who jumped and looked at me with quite a puzzled look

I whacked the standard air box and filter in yesterday while it was in for a service, and running down the same roads this morning on the way to work that I've run for the past 4 years, I'm convinced that running a pod/mushroom filter makes a massive difference to the midrange power. It just wouldn't push me back in my seat like it normally does at certain spots along my route to work.

It's definately going back on tonight. Plus, The way I have it sitting in the box, it wouldn't draw in any hot air while moving anyways... And I can't live without listening to the induction nose lol :tonguepoke:

Has anyone had a difference in dyno readings with standard panel filter and a pod?
