Thought there may be someone out there who shares my affection for the Fairmont Ghia.

I have had this Monty Ghia for a few months now. Its a daily commuter and I love being stuck in Sydney trafffic in it.

Its got the Premium Sound, Sat Nav, Sunroof, K&N Air filter, I fitted the Piano black (from an LTD) ICC fascia_Shifter Cover & Cup holder to blackout the interior, XR skirts and rear bar, Force boot spoiler and 19" RJR Vogue Rims.

Still have a few things to get done, ie. Lowering it an inch or so, Perf. exhaust. Nothing too hard core, its got to be suitable for the missers to drive too.

Hope someone out there has some pictures of their Monty Ghia to share with the rest of this Wicked Forum and its Fans.

Keep up the Good Work fordxr6turbo.com :beerchug:

looks good, the rims, rear bar and the skirts looks great... you got plans for the front bar as well?

Not sure. If I put the XR bar or an FPV bar on it, IMO it will start to look like something its not. The BF MkII has the same skirts and bar with the XR boot spoiler as well. They look good, but I think I'll leave it as is for a while and see whether I can be bothered changing the lights, grills and etc later on. Fibre Sports do a Typhoon lookalike for XT's that doesn't look too bad (concidering what is required to convert to XR front end.

I think I would prefer to spend the money on putting a turbo on it before doing the XR or FPV front end!...Then it could be a wolf in sheeps clothing.

XF Falcon - No not me mate, I've only visited FF a couple of times and didn't really rate the site to be honest. Since BTA recommended this site, I haven't looked back either.

mbjunior99- Cheers mate :spoton:

NOS XR - I am hoping that lowering Will help, because I'm already used to them & thinking that 20"s would have been better in some ways. Maybe its just that style of rims that makes them look like 18"s. It seems that Kings or Lovells are the best choice for an even, and low looking BA.

seventytwo - Cheers mate & thanks for the hot tip, now I have to just work out how to make the image bigger on screen. I still have forum L plates on!!! :spoton:
