All I did was I pulled it apart and found there was dust and crap on the retractor wheel, cleaned it all off and was good as new! Posted 11/12/07 01:14 AM Share Posted 11/12/07 01:14 AM It is a common problem, and my dealer says that a pulling the trim off and cleaning the belt with warm soapy water does the trick. What I was refering to though was mixing chemicals that could potentially react when mixed. It still didnt solve the issue. I also put mr sheen on the plastic trim where the belt enters the trim so it was really slippery.
