The plate, about 50 or 60mm long and 25mm wide, should have a small hole drilled in to one end. You mount it onto this bolt and it protrudes out to hold the bumper up. The one I saw was bent slightly to hold the bar up. You adjust the bend to suit how far you want the bar lifted.Both sides have the same bolt in the same position. Locomick AK47's for everybody Donating Members 131 Member For: 18y 11m 22d Gender: Male Location: somewere Posted 21/07/07 04:10 PM Share Posted 21/07/07 04:10 PM this is wot I did , I put two studs in the lower part of the bumperhereand hereu will have to get down and mark were u wont the studs on the two little tab thingo's.now take the bar off and drill the holes in the tab's first.then put the bar back on and senter punch the steel cross member thru the hole's.now take the bar back off (if u dont do this u will make the holes to big in the plastic) now get a tap and matching drill bit ( for the tap that is ) then drill the holes in the cross member and tap them out.put the bar back on and screw the studs in.see no more gap's mick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
