XF,,,,,

If you have a look on the left side where there's a self tapper holding the mesh in, just under that is a bolt. The plate, about 50 or 60mm long and 25mm wide, should have a small hole drilled in to one end. You mount it onto this bolt and it protrudes out to hold the bumper up. The one I saw was bent slightly to hold the bar up. You adjust the bend to suit how far you want the bar lifted.

Both sides have the same bolt in the same position. Mate, sorry I can't be more help.

I might be able to get some pics over the weekend to post.

u will have to get down and mark were u wont the studs on the two little tab thingo's.

now take the bar off and drill the holes in the tab's first.

then put the bar back on and senter punch the steel cross member thru the hole's.

now take the bar back off (if u dont do this u will make the holes to big in the plastic)

now get a tap and matching drill bit ( for the tap that is ) then drill the holes in the cross member and tap them out.

put the bar back on and screw the studs in.

see no more gap's :spoton:

mine hangs down a bit.. but I think I broke some clips when iv knocked the underside of the lip on those stupid low concrete "guides" :sleepystuff: at shopping centres.

Is it the clips?

same but at a race track called "mallala" the bumper looks fine but if you look close its all cracked and sags the slightest bit and makes a horried noise when idling, silly sand dunes

But I think the bumper rattle started before this crash any ideas ?
