Intercooler Advice

Do you think buying 2nd hand parts is a good idea? eg - x-forxce exhaust, intercooler, flash box. That might save me some cash.

Well if it aint done alot of work GO for it not as if any parts you asked about wear out from being thrashed they will only pack up over time the flash box if it aint been with to many cars will be fine as well

I gotta say, I am thinking the plazzman cooler is the nicest looking cooler I've seen so far.

I just don't think I am ever going to need it, I don't think I am going to get my T at a stage where it's powerfull enough to benefit from using one.

The process west cooler is awesome too. What kind of rwkw's will this be most effective with?

It is an awesome looking AND flowing set up, but dont think you have to be wanting 400wkws to get the most of these kinds of set ups.

If you can control the boost and keep it down to under 1 bar, you'll have a very safe, mid 300wkw car, with insane throttle responce and great stop/start performance on cold AND hot days.

More flow and better cooling = more power with less boost AND timing... and less boost/timing is what holds our motors together.
