looks good, will it be much different from the ford ba workshop manual?

is this book for the ba similar to the old gregorys ones that used to be around?

Looks like it could even be better than the factory manual as it sounds simpler to read. The factory one is of course designed for Ford mechanics whereas this Max Ellery sounds like it is more for laypeople. Max Ellery one seems pretty comprehensive still with over 4000 pages - the factory one goes into a lot of detail with fault codes and stuff that mean little if you don't have a WDS, I wonder if the Max Ellery version will have these too?

That is one hell of a book !!!!!!

Our Yellow Pages got 1480 pages and it is 45 mm thick. This workshop manual got 4480 pages and would be about 136 mm + thick. That is over 5 " .

And all for 57.95 dollars plus postage.

Nice find !! Thank you

It may have 4500 pages, but just how much of that will be relevant? once you narrow it down to your engine (gas/petrol, size, na/T), transmission (auto/manual, 4sp, 5sp, 6sp), brakes, body (sedan/wagon/ute), model (BA or BF) and so on, it just doesnt seem quite as much. Ive got a BA workshop manual on a CD, its a tad over 1000 pages in PDF format, and while it covers most stuff, it misses out all the other useful stuff we wanna know. that cost me $30.
