No problems it is more then likley the bad sectors

Try to delete someting and reboot :stupid:

anyways, I have speed back now after doing all these things that have been suggested.... and all postings now make the intended destination.

now just got to get all my icon thingies back to the bottom of the desk top and ill be sweet..... any suggestions on how?

Copy your data off and start again, it sounds like it's at the point of no return. Even if you get rid of the nasties by installing and running 30 different spyware killers it will never be the same.

hmmm... I was thinking this as well.... its running fine right now but for how long.... might save all my data and start again.

and yes have too many spyware killers loaded in now

After having purged my PC of Spyware, I installed Windows Defender and it seems to keep the nasties at bay. Still have the usual Spyware voodoo installed as well.

Don't know what others think of Window's Defender as I am certainly no I.T boffin :nerd8:
