Start the computer in safe mode and run Ad Aware and this http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html

Starting the computer in safe mode will stop any of the spyware starting. To start in Safe Mod: Hold down your shift key from a cold boot until you see the desktop or press 'F8' before Windows loads and choose 'Safe mode - command prompt only'.

Lastly... stop looking at porn on dodgey websites.

whilst the PC is booting up keep tapping the F8 key every second or so and it will bring up a DOS screen and from there select Safe Mode.
