I don't know if it's the front bumper with the silver in it. I think it is, it sort of makes it look like the older HSV, or GTS?? Is that standard (the silver on the front bumper) or was it coloured afterwards, maybe being the same colour would make it look different/better????Anyway, at saying all that, I love the look of the T series, and if I had one I would not have "upgraded" to a XR6T, I would consider that I'd have the upgraded model already. Just my personal opinion of course

This is the 2nd best Au in the stable in my opinion. The T3 is slightly better. This car goes like the clappers and has that much more engineering put in it compared to a base falcon its not funny. This is a sensational vehicle, classy and quick.

Lucky you upgraded! What dont you like about it in particular esky? You are the first person I have met to call a T1 ugly.

Just my personal opinion of course The silver inserts on the front and rear bumpers were options, as were the spolier, and stickers on the skirts. Ford tried to let people have a choice on the look of the car. The front and rear bumpers were a different design to the TE.As great as the TS was, its no match for the XR6T. A hell of a lot of improvement has been made to the BA that easily surpasses the AU/TS no matter what engineering Tickford put into it.
