Obviously didn't here one with a good exhaust and 4-into-1 extractors. Mine sounded sick. Maybe not as good as a Cleveland 351, but still good and makes my F6 sound like a sewing machine. The new Gen IV sound better stock and I'll bet the 7l unit sounds sick with an aftermarket exhaust.

As for ford, they've got the supercharged 5.4 (as fitted to the GT 500 Mustang and GT40) sitting on the shelf if they want it. It has 373kw in the mustang and over 400 in the GT40.

But at $120k, there won't be much of a market for it I would have thought. Chances are ford aus won't bother I guess. But I'd love to see a hipo typhoon released, which should be able to match it at a far lower cost

no market for them? They will sell them all in under a month if not all presold. The previous 427 was all presold and when it was announced that it would be too dear to be produced many owners said how much do you need? 200k? ok just build it. Put it into perspective, a gtho 3 is pushing a million and there is more than 100-150 left so 120k for this car, they will be sold in a flash.

Way too dear for a Taxi. No matter what they do, it will still be a Commodore. And there are plenty of faster, cheaper ones out there. As far as warranty goes, we all know how good that is.

I'd much rather put into something that's worth the coin, such as a GTR, Audi, M3.
