With regard to the BA the F6 has the independently variable VCT capability, but not the XR6T.

Nizpro put a BA F6 ecu into my BA XR6T, and then used the Edit software to independently vary the exhaust and inlet cams.

All worked well except the oil light stayed on permanently.

Spot on, I work for a dealer, and have seen it done, a friend of mine had a BA mk1 with an F6 tune in it for ages, said the oil light was irretating but he put up with it,....

So Guys if my Turbo Territory is marked with a July 2006 compliance plate, is it a safe bet that it has the F6 rods and internals?

Assuming no internal changes and just an airbox and edit, what would consensus say is a safe amount of power for the the engine and ZF?

Should be F6 rods.

I think with only those mods, you will be safe at whatever you can get it to do.

Your'e not going to break either the engine or the ZF easily, provided you get a good tune with the Edit.
