I have read a few topics discussing plumbing the boost sender into the blow off valve however I have been advised that this may not produce the most accurate readings. Does anyone know of another location along the line where I could install the sender?Cheers, Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/36094-boost-gauge-plumbing/ Share on other sites

So hooking up F6 gaugues can't be done. Sorry Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/36094-boost-gauge-plumbing/#findComment-550120 Share on other sites

That way, it only has an electrical signal running into the cabin (hence, via a harness). When plumbing to BOV as you describe (like most of us), you are running a mechanical gauge. Mechanical means you are actually tapping in a vacuum line and running it into your cabin. As to actually plumbing for accuracy, someone else is best suited to answering that question. The BOV plumbing is quick and easy.Hope this makes sense.CheersDan Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/36094-boost-gauge-plumbing/#findComment-554617 Share on other sites
