Alrighty then let's get the post race sledging under way.

'Twas a great day out for all involved, a special mention goes to Big Al & David for being FIRST :roflmbo: at the meeting point.

Much close racing was enjoyed, at least until we hit the traffic jam 2km from the gates, then it was slow & steady the rest of the day.

1000 words for every picture, so 'nuf sed.

We Congregate on Sundays to pay our respects....

The team from Shane Beikoff Racing were kind enough to give us a pit tour courtesy of Al's contacts:

Shazza shows 'em how it's done:

Our group was led by The Stig himself:

Well it was nice to meet up at the track with some members I haven't seen for a while.

I think it was a good day overall, whether was nice, view was good, (of the track of course) although I must admit I didn't miss that one dressed up as a Jeanie :roflmbo:

Yes, I know, a bloody Expensive Daewoo won, but the rest of the Fords certainly gathered a lot of points, especially Lowndes who has now slipped right up into 4th pos in the championship behind his team mate Whincup in 3rd :roflmbo:

And how good was it to see Dick nose Kelly back in the middle of the field :roflmbo:

Not to mention his drive through penalty, obviously all those letters sent to V8 supercars about favouritism must have worked.

Can't wait for the next round, Team Vodafone are starting to hit there stride.

Good to see your camera is working Chris :banghead:

All mine look like they were taken through a screen window at 200km/h

Just tell everyone that they were.

I have more pictures from the Pit tour we went on, but there's a few and I don't know if team Beikoff would want them posted.

Really good day. :spoton:

I reckon race 2, especially the start was one of the most entertaining for some time. The crowd was going off.

Tander might have won but least he ran it clean, mind you I think he musta had jet engine fuel in that thing.

What a shame the "hrsv4" were split up and scrambling for positions. :banghead:

great to see 888 and SBR up the front and stirring up the complancency. :yeahyeah:

SPECIAL MENTION

Well done Al for turning up not just on time but early,

:secret: it really does pay to put the start time 1 hour early )

shaz

PS

I think next time we should organise a bus ... :spoton:
