Just want to do the chair tip modification but am not 100% confident in doing it myself.

Is there anyone in Melbournes East that would like to help me out and do it for me???

Cheers & Thanks in Advance.

its an easy job, I did it a few weeks ago

go to Bunnings and buy a pack of 1 inch rubber chair leg tips. they come in packs of 4 and cost about $5.

pinch the spring clams holding onto the 2 hoses to the factory BOV and remove the whole lot (bov and hoses).

chuck on the rubber caps and use the same spring clamps.

dont forget to bung up the vacuum hose with a vacuum hose plug.

see I did this and it sounded sh*t, well exactly how it sounded stock =\

I then used the oil filter on the end of the BOV and made it loud and cool

only reason I took the stock one out was because I put a turbosmart bov in on the piping above the turbo, just before the crossover.

ive been wondering wat it would sound like with no bov though, but if you reckon it sounds sh!t then I wont bother trying now!
