And for those who like jumping on the brakes when being tailgated, is menacing driving, which has a far greater penalty than tailgating.

Another thing the sh*ts me is someone doing 90 in a 100,you get to the overtaking lane and have to do 130 to pass them. Can't understand the mentallity of some drivers..amazingOh well, enough said... I have been in exactly the same situation as you with a tailgaiter sitting behind my wife and kids. As usual with these bullies, he completely went to water when I followed him into a servo and let him know whats what. Utter tools, and as with most of the problems on the roads, another uninforced road rule.

I managed to find his car, with no rubber left, and half the road stuck to each wheel, and I went bashing on his door, and again, and then started booting it "I know your in there" kind of thing, no answer (chickensh*t)told all his neighbours, hopefully he'll grow the f*ck up, these are the kinds of people I find the worst.Tailgating is not cool dickweeds, its a maturity indicator I believe. I'm glad W.A isnt bringing the high powered age restrictions, and if they do I'll be off my p's anyway by that time Yeah I can understand you being pissed off mate, I mean what kinda dickhead would do burnouts in the middle of the night, with heaps of sleeping people around..He could have at least done it in the middle of no-where? No-brainers ruin it for the rest of us.

There are alot of young drivers out there that respect other road users and sleeping people for that matter. I've lost count of the 40+ year old w@nkers in there I'm such a tool HSV's and STI's that have gone screamin past me or trying to run me at the lights. It's not just young people, idiot's come in all ages. Edited 23/06/07 06:24 AM by XRTPSI

Seems to me that you're the one with the issues that need to be sorted. Not condoning this fools behaviour, but ffs get a grip mate. Retaliation may make you feel big and tough, but I'd predict you've just stirred him up and he'll probably now go and do something even more stupid just to piss you off.The new laws won't do jack sh*t to control these young hoons that you have stereotypically mentioned, it is based on kw output and not power to weight ratio.
