GETTING TO THE RALLY POINT

- Head up Windsor Rd to Windsor

- Follow the signs to Richmond

- You pass the Richmond RAAF Base on your right and the Shell servo on your left

- It's on the left just after you reach the 60km/h sign at Richmond

Nearest BP: Windsor Rd in McGraths Hill (2km SE of Windsor)

Nearest Caltex: Windsor Rd in Vineyard (5km SE of Windsor)

Nearest Shell: on Richmond Rd between Windsor & Richmond

CRUISE ITINERARY

- Bells Line of Road to Lithgow (break @ Maccas)

- Follow the highway to Bathurst

- Check out the view atop Mt Panorama

- Lunch

- Take the back way back to Lithgow (including my favourite "rollercoaster" run)

- Do a rare return journey back up Bells Line of Road back home

IMPORTANT!

1. Fill your petrol tank PRIOR to reaching the rally point. This will help prevent unnecessary pitstops during the cruise.

2. Make sure you have a CB Radio with batteries fully charged!

3. Any silliness on your part does not make me or FordXR6Turbo.com liable under any circumstances.

I would like to come but I dont have a CB.. is this a problem. how much are they anywere I can get one cheap?

Cro has been the CB Radio King in the past and has helped many people (including myself) find a good deal.

I highly recommend that you get a Handheld UHF CB Radio that has a power output of 1 Watt or greater. They cost anywhere from $80-$120. The weaker powered radios are dirt cheap, but the effective range is limited and can cause problems on cruises if you get separated. DSE have a good range of CB radios at reasonable prices.
