Hey fellas,

just letting you all know how happy I am. I did the 2nd cai and also fitted the K&N panel filter. it sounds and feels awesome. I would recommend this! :banghead:

cutting the airbox was a bit scary, but all good in the end. a question in regards to the airbox - have any of you (that has or have done this mod) put the bolt back in the airbox where the 2nd cai is now?

I haven't. should be ok though I guess. just need some of your opinions.

I did it, and I've recommended it to my mate to do it. Hes got the part on order already.

I also did not fit the third bolt underneath the 3nd CAI as its held in place very securely and does not rattle at all.

I got the 2nd cai and put the bolt in took 30 sec lazy buggers

did you screw the airbox off before attaching 2nd cai? I cut my hole a little small so I had to put it all together before I could screw it off.

how did you do yours?

I am also going the 2nd cai path with the typoon cai.

my problem is my stock intake lip is broken .. (collapsed) and is not getting enough air .. should I just buy a stock one from a wrecker or get the SS inductions one ??

Just buy the factory one, the SS induction intake is not worth the money
